We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

For international orders (except USA), we provide free shipping for all orders above USD 500. On orders less than USD 500, a shipping charge of USD 25 will be applicable.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take upto 10-14 business days to dispatch orders within India, and upto 14 - 18 business days to dispatch international orders from RachanaVed.com.

Delivery within India takes 2 to 3 business days and internationally takes 7 to 10 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
 

Duties and Taxes
 

All of Rachana Ved orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Rachana Ved takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Above is not applicable for USA. Orders from USA are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.
 

Exchanges, return & refunds

Our designs at Rachana Ved goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of prints is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural handmade processes. 

 

However, in one off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at enquiry@rachanaved.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Order can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. You can see our size chart here before making a purchase. In case of either damaged product return or size exchange, please write to enquiry@rachanaved.com with subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Rachana Ved must be notified within three days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

No exchange and refund on discounted or custom sized designs or orders

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

• The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

• The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.

Rachana Ved holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

An online store credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.RachanaVed.com. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.

International returns
 

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at enquiry@rachanaved.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.

 

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
 

Product properties and wash care

​

All of Rachana Ved products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery.

We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
 

Colours
 

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from actual Colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
