We founded fashion designer Rachana Ved's online store with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Packing Services

Shipping and Delivery

We are now shipping orders within 15 working days.

In case there is further delay in production due to government rules or lockdown, we shall notify you immediately.

Our designs at Rachana Ved goes through stringent quality checks.
Unevenness in colour & texture of prints is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural handmade processes. 


However, in one off chance that you have received a damaged product,
please notify us at within 3 days of receiving the order.

Order can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. You can see our size chart here before making a purchase. In case of either damaged product return or size exchange, please write to with subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. Rachana Ved must be notified within three days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.

No exchange and refund on discounted or custom sized designs or orders

Rachana Ved holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 


We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
